The MSc in Advertising program at JCA will provide students with advanced level knowledge of contemporary advertising theory and practice in Saudi Arabia, the Arabian Gulf region and globally. The program’s design and pedagogy emphasize combining theoretical and methodological rigor with practical skills.

MISSION

The Master’s Program in Advertising aims to prepare talented graduates with advanced knowledge and competence in advertising communication and related fields who will assume leadership roles in industry or pursue research careers and serve their communities nationally and internationally. 

VISION

The program’s vision is to become nationally and internationally recognized as a high-quality advanced advertising education program.   The goals of the MSc in Advertising program are: 

  • To deliver a premium quality graduate education in advertising that caters to the needs of the advertising industry in the local, regional and international markets.
  • To develop graduates who can function effectively as advertising professionals and assume leadership roles in advertising and related industries in the local, regional and international markets. 
  • To develop graduates with the foundation knowledge to successfully pursue future careers in academia or other research institutions in advertising and related fields both nationally and internationally. 
  • To develop graduates who are equipped with the tools to recognize and deal with ethical challenges faced by advertising professionals in local, regional and international markets. 
  • To develop graduates who possess the skills to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
