In view of this, the Human Resources Management (HRM) program recognizes the importance of the professional knowledge necessary for Human Resources (HR) graduates to excel in their future careers. Accordingly, the program’s main aim is to develop students’ appreciation of the significance of Human Resource strategies for various firms. Furthermore, the program encompasses other areas relevant to the field of Human Resources such as leadership, negotiation, and performance management. In addition, The HRM curriculum at the CBA is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is the world’s largest HR professional society, as well as the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI), which certifications are the most recognized and trusted by HR professionals and organizations.
