A firm’s greatest strength is its people. Thus, the performance of employees is vital to the organization’s success - without a competent workforce, the organization is set up to fail. In view of this, the Human Resources Management (HRM) program recognizes the importance of the professional skills and knowledge necessary for Human Resources (HR) graduates to excel in their future careers. Accordingly, the program’s main aim is to develop students’ appreciation of the significance of Human Resource strategies for various firms. Furthermore, the program encompasses other areas relevant to the field of Human Resources such as leadership, negotiation, Change management, and performance management. In addition, The HRM curriculum at the CBA is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is the world’s largest HR professional society, as well as the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI), which certifications are the most recognized and trusted by HR professionals and organizations across the world.
