The Educational Support Center at University of Business and Technology (UBT) adopts a comprehensive student-centered model aimed at creating a sustainable positive impact on the student experience.

Assessment

A comprehensive assessment of the student's academic and psychological needs is conducted by the Center's team, based on medical reports and recommendations approved by specialized physicians or psychologists. This process enables accurate and objective identification of the appropriate type and level of support.

Enablement

Activation of the support system, including academic accommodations, support sessions, and coordination with faculty members, enabling students to overcome challenges and make meaningful progress.

Sustainability & Success

Ongoing and systematic follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of support services, improve academic performance, enhance continuity, and build long-term capabilities.

Academic accommodations are provided based on each student's individual needs in a manner that ensures educational equity and equal opportunity. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Additional accommodation may also be provided depending on the nature of each case, ensuring that students' actual needs are met without compromising learning outcomes.
