Wafaa AbdulBadie Al Yafi is a Saudi lady who was born in Jeddah, K.S.A. She is married and has one son. Today, Wafaa is an associate professor and Female Section Head of General Requirements& College General Requirements Departments (GRD & CRD)  at UBT (CBA), Jeddah, K.S.A. She is A member in the Research Council in UBT .She received her PhD in Business Administration – Services Strategic Management – from Manchester University in 2001, Manchester, UK. She earned the master`s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University in 1990, Jeddah, K.S.A. She got the bachelor`s degree in Economics from King Abdulaziz University in 1977, Jeddah, K.S.A.

She is a faculty member who has been holding different managerial positions at King Abdulaziz University and Taif University like: " Female Section Head of Accounting Department and Head of Regulations and Law Department and Business administration Department at the Faculty of Economics and Administration in King Abdulaziz University", and " Vice-Dean of College of Business administration in King Abdulaziz university and Vice Dean in College of Finance and Administration at Taif University”. She teaches many Courses in her specialty for Bachelor and Master Students (e.g. Principles of management, Strategic Management Research Methodolgy,HumanResource Management, Health Management IN K.A.U ad Taif U. & UBT & in Jeddah University and King Sultan University. She also supervised PhD students.(Periods are shown in the attached C.V)

She shared in the arbitration of many research projects like: "The Extent of Matching the Qualifying Program`s Specialties in the Department of Administrative Sciences of Community Collage at King Saud University in Riyadh with the Requirements of the Labor Market" .She published many scientific researches and 2 References, like: "Analytical Study on Cooperative Training Systems in the Light of the New Trends to Improve the Quality of Saudi Universities Graduates" which was published in Commercial Studies Egyptian Magazine-2006,”The Quality Assurance System for Post-Secondary Education in Saudi Arabia “A Comprehensive, Developmental and Unified Approach, which was published in Quality in Higher Education in association with the international Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education,ISSN 1353-8322 , Routledge Taylor & Francis  2009”and a Reference in Marketing “ Marketing – Products and Services,2010”&  Communication Skills 2012.
